Winns to Sponsor Charity Golf Day in Aid of GNAAS

Winn Group have made their first contribution to our charity of the year, Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS), thanks to a link-up with local fundraiser Stewart Bailey.

Sponsoring his Pig n Mix Charity Golf Day at Slaley Hall, Winn Group will be headline sponsors, donating to a day which hopes to raise £5,000 for the GNAAS.

Taking place on Friday, June 21st, the day will be filled with chances to donate and win prizes too, including a hole-in-one competition with a £50,000 car on offer for anyone who can achieve the feat. With lucky dips, raffles and silent auctions all planned, there is a genuine hope that the target amount will be surpassed.

"I'm absolutely overjoyed that Winn Group are m​​​y event sponsor as they are a local business and I am always looking to promote fellow local businesses large or small," said the event organiser (pictured second from the right).

"I am extremely confident that I will raise at least £5k on the day and anything above that figure would be a huge bonus."
