Personal Injury Awards Success for Winns

It was a successful night for Winns at the Personal Injury Awards 2021.

Scooping the Claims Management Company of the Year accolade for the second year running, the judges said; “This claims management provider is the clear winner. It puts clients front and centre of its service through excellent engagement, while seeking independent validation to ensure it continues to do a top job.

“The winner is also innovative, using technology to maintain its high customer service levels well into the future.” 

Chris Birkett, Winn Group Chief Operating Officer, was happy with the award, praising staff for their hard work throughout the pandemic.

He said; “We are delighted to have won this award for the second year in succession. Thanks to diligent forward planning and a decisive response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were able to maintain outstanding client care throughout.

“This is testament to the hard work and adaptability of our great teams who work across Winn Group.”

Mark Pallas, Head of Business Development at Winn Group, was equally pleased and keen to acknowledge the continued growth at Winn Group.

He said; “It is fantastic to retain this award for a second year in succession. We have negotiated seismic challenges within the industry and continue to grow and evolve in what we can offer.
