Amended Festive Opening Hours

Our opening hours will be slightly amended during the festive period.

Our First Response Team will be available 24/7 throughout to register a new claim, with our existing clients having access to our services as normal until Saturday, 24th December when our phone lines will be available 9am - 1pm.

Our offices will be closed to existing claim enquiries on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, with opening hours of 9am - 1pm on Tuesday, 27th December.

Office opening hours are standard (8am - 6pm) for all existing claim enquiries from Wednesday, 28th December through to Friday, 30th December, with a reduced 9am - 1pm service on Saturday, 31st December. The office will be closed on Sunday, 1st January.

It will re-open on Monday, 2nd January 9am - 1pm and will return to normal operation from Tuesday, 2nd January 2023.
