Accident at Work Case Study: Trevor's Story

Following an accident at work, Trevor contacted Winn Solicitors, who handled his claim from start to finish.

Trevor was loading a unit into a van with a colleague. As the unit was lifted, he slipped in the van resulting in the unit landing on top of him.

Trevor suffered injuries to his back and legs, as well as a short period of sickness from the shock of the accident. He was awarded £5,000 in compensation.
